      I have bought this product on April 28th from Amazon. I have been facing the issue with buds since I have received them. One side bud is completely not working. In Amazon I have requested for replacement. In the MiVi portal also I have tried to update the issue. Unfortunately in MiVi Portal they are asking me only I had bought in MiVi portal, then only I need to raise the issue to MiVi. In the same regard, Amazon is not taking responsibility for the faulty product, Neither MiVi is concerned about the issue. I need urgent resolve for this issue, either return the money which I have paid or kindly replace the faulty product with a good product.
