Unfortunately, my experience with this purchase has been far from satisfactory.Upon receiving the product, I noticed it did not appear brand new. It looked like a display piece from a showroom, covered in minor scratches and lacking the shiny brightness expected from a new item. To make matters worse, one of the three plugs was broken, indicating poor handling or prior use.I promptly initiated a refund, only to later discover that the seller has a bad reputation. Many other customers have shared similar negative experiences in their reviews.I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the seller's service.       The product mixer grinder is good and feels sturdy. The plastic used in Jars could be of better quality. And sound while operating the mixer is very loud. Apart from plastic and noise, the product is good overall.

      I bought it for around Rs 3980.
      Its almost 10 months, since I bought it and trust me this is the best in this price range. The same model, I checked in offline store, the salesperson told price Rs 4700 after discount. So I purchased online.
      I didn't find any major cons for which you would avoid this.
      Noise is not that loud.
      Its grinds everything with ease.
      It has side clips to lock the jar, and it works perfectly.
      Go for it without any second thought.
