6. What happens if I am eligible for more than one reward?

7. What if I cancel/return my order?
In case you place an order that is eligible for cash back and subsequently cancel it, you will be eligible for the offer again during the offer period. If you cancel/return specific items from the order that was eligible for cash back, the cancelled/returned item(s) will not be eligible for the cash back. The refund amount of the cancelled/returned item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cash back amount, from their purchase amount.

- 1. The limited period promotional offer, namely Headphones Shopping offer ("Offer") is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in, the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in").

These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms that are applicable to shopping on Amazon.in. The cashback promotional benefit will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and redeemable into the Amazon Pay balance associated with the customer's Amazon.in account. - 10. All disputes relating to the transaction or the payment will be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms. - 16. Any query / issue in relation to the benefits under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only for a period of 20 days from the date of the transaction and should be addressed to Amazon customer support. Post this, Amazon shall not entertain any queries/issues.
- 17. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
- 18. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- 19. Under no circumstances, will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof
- 20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
